What you'll be doing

• Prepare, edit, and manage legal documents, correspondence, and filings
• Coordinate calendars, deadlines, meetings, depositions, and travel
• Maintain case files, legal records, and document systems
• Support time entry, expense reporting, file opening/closing, and conflict checks
• Help keep attorneys organized, prepared, and on track in a deadline-driven environment

What you bring

• 3+ years of experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal
• Strong knowledge of legal documents, terminology, and court-related procedures
• Excellent organization, discretion, and attention to detail
• Ability to work with urgency, manage competing priorities, and stay composed under pressure
• Strong Microsoft Office and general legal software skills
