A company is looking for a Construction Methods Specialist III.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and communicate standardized construction standards and methods for Transmission, Distribution, and SubstationsCollaborate with subject matter experts to design, develop, and update work procedures and technical documentsLead the construction of equipment mock-ups and simulations for procedure development and training contentRequired QualificationsFive years of construction experience in Electric Utility field work or a Bachelor of Science degree in a technical discipline with two years of relevant experienceExperience in overhead and underground distribution, substations, secondary networks, metering, and transmissionAbility to draft procedures and develop communication strategies for stakeholdersExperience in supporting new technology initiatives within the electric utility sectorWillingness to work during emergencies and after-hours as needed
