A company is looking for a Temporary Workers Compensation Claims Adjuster III.Key ResponsibilitiesManage assigned claim files, including performing three-point contact on new losses and documenting relevant factsCollaborate with medical case managers to facilitate early return to work and reduce extended disability paymentsEnsure compliance with applicable statutes and company guidelines while managing litigation processes and reviewing vocational rehabilitation plansRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree from a four-year college or universityAt least seven years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experienceA minimum of five years experience managing indemnity cases, particularly those with complex issuesPossession of an SIP certificateWorking knowledge of the Labor Code of the State of California related to workers' compensation claims
