Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a government transportation location; Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through proper channels when needed; Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, public areas, parking locations, and perimeter access points to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help support authorized access procedures and report maintenance, operational, and/or security-related concerns; Document observations, incidents, and/or interactions in required reports while communicating with site contacts, visitors, and public agency personnel in a professional manner
