Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control tasks, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a front desk location.; Monitor the front desk area and help to address incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.; Verify identification, screen visitors, issue temporary badges or credentials, and maintain visitor logs in accordance with location protocols.; Answer phones, provide directions, and communicate with site contacts regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or access requests while supporting security-related operations.; Observe entry points and reception activity, report concerns to the appropriate personnel, and document security-related events and/or policy violations as needed.
