Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, restricted access points, parking areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity.; Monitor entrances, checkpoints, and other designated areas, verify access permissions when required, and report unusual activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.; Support public-facing operations at the location by offering directions, answering questions, and assisting with orderly movement of people during routine operations and/or unusual events.
