A company is looking for a Project Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesLead large-scale and concurrent projects end-to-end, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, timelines, and budget expectationsDevelop and manage comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedules, milestones, resource allocation, and financial forecastsProactively identify risks, issues, and dependencies, implementing mitigation strategies to maintain project momentum and delivery targetsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience5+ years of progressive project management experience, including leadership of large-scale, complex initiatives (e.g., $1M+ budgets and cross-functional teams)Strong familiarity with formal project management methodologies, including PMI and PMBOK principlesProven ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams in fast-paced, dynamic environmentsPMP or other project management certification strongly preferred
