A company is looking for a Patient Service Associate.Key ResponsibilitiesHandles incoming calls to schedule Radiology appointments and contacts patients and referring physician officesFollows standardized scripts to gather and provide information during scheduling and pre-registration callsEnters patient data into computer systems and escalates calls as necessary to supervisors or managersRequired QualificationsHigh School Diploma or equivalent experience required6 months+ of medical or related training and/or experienceComputer literacy and experience with general office equipment requiredStrong multi-tasking abilitiesExcellent interpersonal and customer service skills
