A company is looking for a Labor and Compliance Analyst.Key ResponsibilitiesReview AI-escalated compliance flags and render written decisions with source citations for audit logsAdjudicate contested worker classifications and evaluate apprenticeship ratio calculationsSupport customers during IRS or DOL inquiries by reviewing audit logs and providing expert commentaryRequired QualificationsHands-on experience with Prevailing Wage and Apprenticeship requirements under IRS Sections 45 and 48Working knowledge of the Davis-Bacon Act and related acts, including certified payroll reviewDeep knowledge of Registered Apprenticeship Programs and ability to calculate ratios and assess documentationExperience reviewing certified payroll reports for wage rate violations and classification mismatchesComfortable working independently with a 48-hour SLA on standard escalations
