This position will be full‑time opportunity and remote .What You'll DoOwn and drive end‑to‑end execution of the AI enablement program across a large business organizationServe as the central point of accountability for program delivery, milestones, and outcomesManage and develop a team of AI enablement professionals, providing coaching, direction, and performance feedbackDevelop and maintain program roadmaps, milestone plans, and executive‑level status reportingCoordinate across multiple workstreams to manage dependencies, resolve blockers, and maintain alignmentTrack and communicate program KPIs and connect outcomes to measurable business valueAct as the primary AI enablement liaison for business stakeholders, building trust and driving adoptionTranslate business needs into actionable technical concepts and vice versaCollaborate closely with solution engineers, business analysts, and technical teamsManage stakeholder expectations around scope, timelines, and AI capabilitiesLead change management efforts to support AI adoption across the organizationDevelop training materials, communication plans, and enablement resourcesMonitor adoption metrics post‑launch and iterate to improve engagement and impactWhat You'll NeedRequired:5–8 years of experience in program management, product management, or technology‑driven initiative leadershipProven ability to own and drive complex programs end‑to‑endStrong technical fluency across AI, data, cloud, and enterprise technology conceptsExperience working directly with non‑technical business stakeholdersStrong change management and adoption leadership experienceExcellent communication, presentation, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple initiatives in fast‑moving, ambiguous environmentsBachelor's degree or equivalent professional experiencePreferred:Consulting, managed services, or professional services experienceExposure to public sector or regulated environmentsExperience leading AI or emerging technology initiativesFamiliarity with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery modelsRelevant program management or change management certificationsPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorReasonable accommodation statementIf you require a reasonable accommodation in completing this application, interviewing, completing any pre‑employment testing, or otherwise participating in the employment selection process, please direct your inquiries to application.accommodations@cai.io or (888) 824 – 8111.$150,000 - $160,000 per yearThe pay range for this position is listed above. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
