Medicaid Enterprise Systems Project Manager

Lead MES Modernization for Guam DPHSS

Lead/Manage Medicaid Module Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) and IE&E

Deliverable management for the assigned module

Staff management for the assigned project

Familiar with MITA Standards

Oversight on the Module SDLC and CMS Certification

Conversant with MS Project, JIRA, and other PMO tools

Own and Manage RAID Logs, Client Meetings

Preferred MES module familiarity PBM, Provider, Claims, Finance, DWH and TMSIS

Familiar with Cloud Technology (AWS, AZURE, Google)

Report to Dy Portfolio Leader

B.S Computers/IT with 5+ years of experience with State Medicaid and HHS.

PMP, CSM, DevOps

Pacific Time Zone preferred US/Hawaii and/or Overlap with ChST zone Travel as needed (25%) We will reimburse for Flights and accommodations must be reviewed and approved by Engagement Manager before booking
