Rosewood Hotels - Eho Street - Responsibilities: Assist the Director of Food & Beverage to ensure that Pool & Beach activities and policies are aligned with the Kona Village strategy.; Oversees the preparation and update of the Pool & Beach operations manuals.; Conducts regular divisional communications meetings and ensure that departmental briefings and meetings are effective and conducted as necessary.; Represents the Director of Pool & Beach in their absence.; Manage guest satisfaction and ensure exceptional service across outlets and internal departments.
