The Salvation Army (Western) - 638 Kailua Road - Responsibilities: Take an active role and partner with the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations; Assist Store Manager to monitor and analyze key performance indicators to drive store sales and profitability; In the absence of Store Manager, schedule store employees and coordinate daily meetings; Assist Store Manager with hiring, training, and directing the store team and provide performance coaching; Ensure high levels of customer and donor satisfaction and maintain community relations
