Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location; Respond to incidents, suspicious activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or public agency personnel as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor access points, restricted areas, and pedestrian traffic to deter unauthorized entry and verify credentials and/or permissions; Document incidents, observations, and daily activities in written reports, and provide updates during shift changes
