Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a government transportation location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, access points, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, restricted areas, and/or pedestrian traffic to help to deter unauthorized access, support orderly operations, and follow post orders; Assist visitors, passengers, and staff with directions and general information while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns and reporting issues through proper channels
