A company is looking for an Energy Advisor to support residential customers with their energy efficiency projects.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide individualized assistance to property owners and contractors for project conversion and complianceTroubleshoot technical questions and guide installation requirementsComplete rebate processing, data entry, QA/QC support, and documentation reviewRequired Qualifications1-2 years of relevant industry experience with a Bachelor's degree, or equivalent education and work experienceTechnical, sales, and/or customer service experience preferredStrong interest in residential energy efficiency and building science fundamentalsAbility to navigate CRM systems and standard digital communicationsDesire to help customers understand energy usage and complete upgrade projects
