Details for the position are as follows:
Job Description:
Pay: $50 - 58/hr (W2)
Hybrid role - 3 days onsite
6-month assignment with possibility of extension or conversion based on performance and continued need
You will manage full-cycle recruiting for technical R&D/engineering and commercial roles within a MedTech Surgery organization
You will partner with hiring managers and HR to align recruiting strategy with business needs
You will source and engage candidates in competitive, high-volume recruiting environments
You will build and maintain proactive talent pipelines for future hiring needs
You will leverage applicant tracking systems (Workday Recruit preferred), sourcing tools, CRM platforms, and scheduling systems
You will analyze recruiting metrics and market trends to improve hiring outcomes
You will ensure recruiting compliance (EEOS) and promote inclusive hiring practices
You will network within MedTech and tech communities to strengthen talent pipelines
You may leverage AI-driven recruiting tools and market intelligence platforms
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree required
3+ years of talent acquisition experience (5+ preferred)
Strong experience in full-cycle, high-volume recruiting
Experience recruiting technical, engineering, or R&D roles preferred (MedTech, robotics, or tech industry experience a plus)
Proficiency with Workday Recruit or similar ATS systems
Strong understanding of recruiting compliance and employment law (EEOC)
Experience building proactive talent pipelines and sourcing passive candidates
