Summary of Duties
Under the direction of the Program Director, the Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the implementation and day-to-day operations of their designated program option/area within the Head Start and/or Early Head Start program which include compiling, analyzing, reporting, and creating action steps to address data within the assigned programming. The Program Coordinator develops processes and ensures that the program meets all program standards and goals. In addition, the Program Coordinator serves as the leader and supervises personnel employed within that programming.
