Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an airport location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or public agency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, restricted access points, parking locations, and perimeter areas to help identify unusual activity and/or policy violations.; Monitor entrances, exits, and access points while assisting with badge and credential checks, visitor direction, and other security-related support functions.; Support daily operations at a government location by reporting hazards, suspicious activity, and/or maintenance concerns, and by following post orders and escalation procedures.
