We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Bookkeeper & Payroll Specialist to manage day-to-day financial transactions and oversee payroll operations. This role is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, processing employee payroll, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, trustworthy, and experienced in both bookkeeping and payroll functions.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a Bookkeeper, Payroll Specialist, or similar role Strong understanding of accounting and payroll principles Proficiency in accounting and payroll software (e.g., QuickBooks, ADP, Gusto, or similar) Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to manage multiple deadlines and tasks Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
