Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Patient Service Representative for an on-site role located in Kailua, HI. The Patient Service Representative will manage daily administrative responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and providing excellent customer service. Additional tasks include handling patient inquiries, maintaining medical records, and collaborating with the medical office team to ensure seamless operations and patient satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and Phone Etiquette to effectively manage patient interactions.
• Experience with Insurance Verification to ensure accurate coverage information and billing processes.
• Familiarity with Medical Terminology to effectively communicate with patients, providers, and staff.
• Experience working in a Medical Office setting, with knowledge of clerical and administrative tasks specific to healthcare.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
