Job Title

The duties of this position include:

Serving as an expert on installing, maintaining, modifying, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of scaffolding, shoring systems, and components.

Exercising leadership skills to mentor trade employees in a wide range of work activities such as use of blueprints, specifications, and sketches to manufacture cradles and complex systems scaffolding builds.

Performing research to continually improve trade processes and keep shop personnel apprised of new technologies and procedures associated with shipwright work.

Identifying cumbersome work practices and deficiencies, improving trade processes, inspecting work, and implementing corrective actions.
