As a Shop Manager, you will:

• Lead daily salon operations to ensure efficiency and excellence
• Inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Implement and uphold company policies, procedures, and standards
• Deliver an exceptional client experience
• Set goals, delegate responsibilities, and drive results
• Identify challenges and proactively solve problems

What We're Looking For

• Proven management experience (sales, operations, or salon management preferred)
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and organize a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with strong problem-solving and project management abilities
• Customer servicedriven mindset
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Experience with MindBody software is a plus
• Hawai'i Cosmetology license or hairstyling experience is a required
