Position: Janitor & Maintenance Specialist

Location: Honolulu, HI

Pay: $18/hour

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am to 4pm

Staffing Solutions of Hawaii is seeking a Janitor & Maintenance Specialist to join a growing and dynamic team!

Job Description:

1. Sweep grounds for leaf and litter in all common area lawns, sidewalks, parking lots, and perimeter sidewalk and grassy areas.
2. Clean the employee bathroom.
3. Prune/Trim bushes and Plants.
4. Mow the lawn and trim the grass.
5. Wash and clean the trash room on trash collection day.
6. Inspect and repair the irrigation system and pipes as needed.
7. Sweep or clean parking lots.
8. Clean storm drains and downspouts.
9. Wash the pool deck weekly.
10. Sweep and mop storage rooms.
11. Other duties as assigned.

Position Requirements:

1. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks for extended periods.
2. Attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
3. Strong work ethic and reliability.
