Job Summary:

The Executive Assistant provides administrative and operational support to senior leadership, ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and enabling executives to focus on strategic priorities. This role requires strong organizational skills, discretion, proactive problem-solving, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, coordinating across time zones, and prioritizing appointments
  • Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and follow-up action items
  • Serve as a primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with a high degree of professionalism and discretion
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting
  • Support planning and execution of leadership meetings, offsites, and company events
  • Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and documentation
  • Track key deliverables, deadlines, and initiatives on behalf of the executive
  • Assist with special projects, research, and process improvements as needed
  • Provide general administrative support such as filing, record keeping, and expense management
Experience Required:
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion when handling confidential information
  • Strong judgment and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
  • 3-7+ years of experience providing administrative or executive support to senior leaders
  • Experience in a corporate, global, or matrixed organization preferred
  • Experience coordinating complex calendars, meetings, travel, and expenses
  • Prior experience supporting confidential or sensitive business matters
