We are seeking a dependable and customerfocused Call Center Representative to handle inbound and/or outbound customer communications. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through clear communication and effective problemsolving. Responsibilities
Handle a high volume of inbound calls and/or make outbound customer calls
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account inquiries
Resolve customer concerns by following established procedures and guidelines
Document customer interactions, transactions, and outcomes in CRM or internal systems
Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams when needed
Process orders, payments, returns, and account updates
Adhere to scripts, compliance requirements, and performance expectations
Meet or exceed call handling, customer satisfaction, and resolution metrics
Maintain professionalism and a customerfirst approach at all times
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong verbal communication and active listening skills
Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently
Problemsolving and conflictresolution skills
Patient, empathetic, and customerserviceoriented mindset
Basic data entry and typing proficiency
Comfortable working in a fastpaced, highvolume environment
Prior customer service or call center experience preferred (but not required)

Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr.
