4Stay is an on and off-campus housing solution for higher institutions and schools, connecting them with housing providers with furnished accommodations, including student residences, dormitories, homestays, co-living spaces, individual hosts, and roommates. 4Stay needs a part-time local manager for our location in Honolulu, Hawaii.

Primary responsibilities:

• Serve as 4Stay's on-site representative, overseeing and supporting on-site operations, and ensuring adherence to deadlines while effectively communicating any updates to the remote team.

• Ensure all actions are documented as per the provided instructions.

• Conduct property tours, noting feedback with strong attention to detail.

• Conduct student orientations as per provided instructions and materials.

• Perform regular inspections of apartments, promptly reporting damages or concerns to 4Stay.

• Be available for emergencies, demonstrating the ability to promptly address and resolve issues within 24 hours or sooner, based on severity.

Secondary responsibilities:

• Maintain professional relationships with clients, students, coordinators, and vendors.

• Provide advance written notice to students before visiting apartments and assist in the setup of housing communities, including premises inspections, furniture procurement, and utility installations.

• Conduct move-out inspections

• Ensure cleanliness of apartments/houses before key turnover.
