What You'll Do:

• Build relationships and secure new clients seeking to hire Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, or other Medical Professionals.
• Maintain and grow existing client accounts, promote their openings, and foster long-term partnerships.
• Source, vet, and present top-quality candidates to clients while managing your pipeline in our unique CRM.
• With a commission-only structure, your compensation is unmatched in the industry.

• 1st Year: $120,000+

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Full-Desk Recruiter.
• Proven track record in business development.
• Strong phone presence and cold-calling experience.
• Active LinkedIn account.
