Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, travelers, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts and/or public agency personnel as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols of terminals, public areas, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entry and restricted areas, verify access permissions when required, and report suspicious behavior, unattended property, and/or policy violations according to site procedures.; Support security-related operations at a government location by providing visible presence, assisting with directional information, and following post orders for incident response, reporting, and patrol activity.
