Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report security-related concerns to site contacts and/or local authorities as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefronts, common areas, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential policy violations.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help support order, assist with directional questions, and document suspicious activity, hazards, and/or maintenance concerns.; Complete routine reports and incident documentation, communicate clearly with management and/or public-facing personnel, and help to deter unauthorized access and disruptive behavior through visible presence.
