Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-related protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or emergency services as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify security-related concerns and report maintenance, lighting, and/or access control issues.; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help observe visitor activity, support property rules, and report suspicious behavior, trespassing, and/or unauthorized access attempts.; Assist with routine security-related checks of doors, gates, alarms, and other property features to help support daily operations and maintain awareness of conditions across the location.
