Job Description:
n

1. Provide operational and administrative support to staff across program functions and daily tasks.
n
2. Enter, monitor, and report data such as staff hours, mileage, and program activities.
n
3. Maintain clear and professional communication with staff, volunteers, clients, and partner organizations via phone, email, mailings, newsletters, and in-person interactions.
n
4. Draft, format, and proofread correspondence and documents for clarity and accuracy.
n
5. Update, organize, and distribute program forms and informational materials.
n
6. Assist with planning, coordinating, and facilitating staff training and meetings.
n
7. Prepare and submit electronic documents; maintain a well-organized digital filing system.
n
8. Design and implement tools and strategies for resource research and mapping.
n
9. Create tracking systems and reporting tools to monitor projects and key initiatives.
n
10. Oversee website content updates, provide user support, and perform routine site maintenance.
n
11. Actively participate in team planning sessions, committee work, and collaborative initiatives.
n

Position Requirements:

1. Proficiency with computers, Microsoft Office programs, social media, and marketing strategies.
n
2. Experience managing federal grants, budgets, and reports.
n
3. Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills.
n
4. Comfortable delivering community presentations to small and large groups.
n
5. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
n
6. Highly organized and detail-oriented.
n
7. Comfortable standing for long periods and lifting up to 35 pounds.
