Looking for your next opportunity? We've partnered with a company in Kapolei to seek a Customer Relations Representative supporting clients across the foodservice, restaurant, and food processing industries on island.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM
Pay: Up to $70,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:
Build new business while maintaining and growing existing client relationships
Serve as the main point of contact for restaurant and food processing clients to ensure service satisfaction and identify additional needs
Conduct in-person visits with new, existing, and previously canceled accounts to strengthen partnerships and recover business
Schedule meetings, coordinate client follow-ups, and execute cold calls in targeted areas
Maintain accurate account setup, routing details, and daily reporting
Collaborate with internal teams and management to ensure seamless service delivery
Spend 75-90% of your time in the field visiting client sites

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience within the restaurant or food industry
Established industry contacts strongly preferred
Ability to work independently in a field-based role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Valid driver's license required
