Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Financial Services Assistant based in Honolulu, HI. The Financial Services Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support to a financial advisor and their growing practice and delivering top-tier customer service. Day-to-day tasks include coordinating client communications, preparing financial documentation, handling inquiries, performing data entry, and assisting with account management and scheduling. The role demands accuracy, organizational skills, and effective collaboration with team members.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and the ability to analyze client financial data
• Exceptional Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and team members effectively
• Attention to detail, time management, and multi-tasking abilities
• Experience in a financial or administrative role is preferred
• Proficiency with relevant software tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
• High school diploma or equivalent; an associate's or bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field is a plus
• Proficiency in Financial Services and Finance principle
