Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities within a retail and mall location.; Conduct regular patrols of sales floors, stock areas, entry and exit points, and the surrounding perimeter to deter theft, vandalism, and other security-related concerns.; Monitor for suspicious or unusual activity, address policy violations with professionalism, and notify appropriate parties based on post orders and escalation guidelines.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including de-escalation, coordinating with store leadership, and contacting law enforcement and/or emergency services when directed.; Complete required reports and logs, communicate observations to site leadership and Allied Universal management, and support loss prevention through presence, patrol, and customer engagement.
