Summary
Join the Amy Downs Team as a Buyers Agent, serving clients in Mount Pleasant and nearby communities. We are looking for a driven, client-oriented professional to expertly guide homebuyers through every step of their real estate journey. This position provides the chance to collaborate with a vibrant team devoted to delivering outstanding service and ensuring a smooth, enjoyable home buying experience. Responsibilities
- Assist clients in identifying and purchasing residential properties that meet their needs and budget
- Conduct market research and provide clients with up-to-date information on listings and real estate market trends
- Coordinate and lead property viewings, highlighting key features and benefits to potential buyers
- Advocate for clients during negotiations to secure favorable purchase terms and agreements
- Work closely with lenders, inspectors, and other professionals to ensure a smooth transaction process
- Maintain regular communication with clients, offering timely updates and addressing any questions throughout the buying process
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to encourage referrals and repeat business opportunities
- Possession of a current and valid Texas real estate license
- Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Buyers Agent or in a similar real estate role
- Comprehensive knowledge of the Mount Pleasant real estate market and surrounding areas
- Strong negotiation and communication expertise
- Proven ability to manage multiple clients and transactions simultaneously
- Proficient with real estate CRM systems and MLS platforms
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills and effective time management
- Capable of working independently as well as part of a team
- Committed to providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
- Reliable transportation and flexible availability to accommodate client needs
