• Active and clear driver's license and car insurance

• Homecare Home Base and OASIS
• COVID and FLU vaccine
• Bachelor's degree - preferred
• Case Manager experience - preferred
• Mileage reimbursed at .43 cents per mile (lower than IRS established rate)
• Hawaii license
