• Active RN license in practicing state required.
• ICU or critical care experience preferred.
• Strong clinical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• BLS and ACLS required; specialty ICU certifications preferred.

• Critical Monitoring:
  • Continuously assess and monitor critically ill patients.
  • Administer medications, blood products, and lifesupport.

• Intervention & Safety:
  • Respond promptly to emergencies and status changes.
  • Document care accurately in the patient record.

• Teamwork & Support:
  • Educate patients and families on care and processes.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary ICU team.
