Greenwood Hospitality Group - - Responsibilities: Maintain the operation of the hotel maintenance department and ensure equipment functionality; Oversee life safety, HVAC, plumbing, mechanical, electrical, pool, kitchen, laundry and related systems; Log and follow up on maintenance requests in a timely manner; Supervise external contractors recruited by the hotel for maintenance work; Communicate with the Assistant General Manager or General Manager regarding building conditions and system status
