Job Title: Quotations Clerk

Pay: $24.00 per hour

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Quotations Clerk. In this role, you will play a critical part in the pre-construction/sales pipeline by converting preliminary field notes into professional, client-facing documentation.

Key Responsibilities

Database Management: Input handwritten project estimates and technical markups into Microsoft Access to produce finalized, formal quotes.

Technical Documentation: Generate and organize supplemental project files, including Bills of Materials (BOM) and internal records.

Document Formatting: Ensure all outgoing materials meet professional standards through precise layout and formatting.

Project Packaging: Assemble and finalize comprehensive customer submittals into organized PDF packages for electronic delivery.

Skills & Qualifications

Software Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Access is required.

Technical Data Entry: Proven ability to accurately interpret and transcribe handwritten notes and technical data.

PC Proficiency: Strong general computer skills, including document formatting and PDF management (Adobe Acrobat or similar).

Precision: High attention to detail with a focus on error-free data processing and professional presentation.
