The ideal candidate for this position is an energetic, persistent and highly detail-oriented Driver Recruiter with strong processing experience. This individual understands the full recruiting lifecycle and knows exactly which reports must be pulled, when they are required and how to ensure compliance throughout the process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Screen driver applications and qualifications.
• Cold call prospective drivers to present the benefits of working for CDN Logistics, Inc.
• Guide qualified candidates through the application and onboarding process.
• Schedule newly hired drivers for orientation and coordinate all travel arrangements.
• Follow up with drivers who fail to report to orientation to reschedule and maintain candidate engagement.

• Minimum of 5 years of OTR CDL-A recruiting experience (required).
• Tenstreet experience (required).
• Proven experience processing drivers from cradle to grave (required).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly motivated, self-driven, and results-oriented.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
