DoubleTree by Hilton Alana - Waikiki Beach is looking to hire a savvy Guest Service Agent! If you have the passion to provide memorable experiences for guests, this is the position for you! We are located at the edge of Waikiki beach with the Royal Hawaiian Center, and Ala Moana Center within a mile. We hold 317 guest rooms and have 9,000 square feet of event space.

The ideal candidate will have:
1 year quality guest-facing customer service experience.
Open scheduling availability to include weekdays, weeknights, overnights, weekends and holidays.
Hotel industry experience ideal.
Shift Pattern: Varied (Union role) - AM PM Overnight. Open availability required including weekends and holidays; shifts will be dependent on business levels and seniority scheduling.
Pay Rate Range: $24.52 - $30.64
What will I be doing?
As a Guest Services Agent, you would be responsible for greeting and registering guests and checking guests out of the hotel in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

EDUCATION
High school/GED required.
EXPERIENCE
1 year direct customer service background experience required. Hotel operations knowledge ideal.
GROOMING
All team members must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance (specific standards available).
OTHER
Must be computer literate and able to read and write fluently in English. Second language skills preferred.
