Position Summary

We're currently looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to join our team in Nashville, TN.

The Senior Financial Analyst is the primary finance partner for FSA's LSCM and Marketing business leaders in addition to supporting monthly accounting close, reporting, forecasting, and budget activities. The position reports to FSA's Finance Manager and will have direct exposure to leadership and multiple cross-functional teams, particularly Sales, Marketing, and LSCM (Freight & Warehousing) on a Global scale.

Firestone Airide (FSA) is a global manufacturer of air suspension solutions with operations in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia.

Responsibilities

  • Primary finance partner for the U.S. LSCM (Freight & Warehousing) team with focus on optimizing multi-million freight spend in connection with operational and procurement leaders
  • Leads finance support for the Global Marketing function, including ROI analysis for targeted AFT promotions and go-to-market strategies
  • Manages Global OpEx reporting, forecasts, and budgets, including analysis by VP/department, account, cost center, and country to ensure controllable expenses are maintained within budget
  • Leads Finance oversight of the Global Sales Rebates and Commissions programs, including responsibility for approvals, reconciliations, and process improvements
  • Supports the Monthly Accounting Close process, including individual analysis, journal entries, and reconciliations for Sales, OpEx, and Intercompany activity in the U.S
  • Supports Purchasing activities as the primary finance contact for non-plant teammates to process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (POs), and invoicing activities
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • MBA or related graduate degree and relevant certifications (e.g. CPA, CMA) preferred
  • 4+ years of related Finance experience
  • Knowledge of SAP, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and Power BI expertise preferred
  • Communicates and leads change through influence with international finance and operations teams spanning different geographies, cultures, and languages
  • Ability to clearly present recommendations and summarize complex issues, particularly for non-Finance teammates
