**Federal Project - Applicant must be a United States Citizen with Active Secret Clearance** Baer is looking for SAP User Access & Governance Consultant for a 16+ month Federal project onsite in Hawaii. Title: SAP User Access & Governance Analyst Location: Onsite - Honolulu, HI (Mon-Fri) Duration: 16 months Rate: All-inclusive Alignment: W2 or C2C Role Overview Support the integrity, security, and efficiency of the DoD ERP environment by managing user access, governance, and compliance. This role ensures users have appropriate access while maintaining audit readiness and operational continuity. Description: * Manage user onboarding/offboarding and role-based access provisioning (RBAC) * Enforce segregation of duties (SoD) and access control policies * Support and track access request workflows * Troubleshoot access issues and authorization defects * Conduct access reviews and support audit readiness efforts * Develop dashboards and reports on access and workflow performance * Document SOPs and user access governance processes Requirements: * Active DoD Secret clearance. * Experience with ERP access management and RBAC * Knowledge of SoD and compliance requirements * Strong problem-solving and process-oriented mindset Company Overview: Baer provides best-in-class engagement experiences for our consultants.
