One of Japanese major beverages company is now seeking an Executive Vice President for their Hawaii branch.

Salary: Base 200-300K+Bonus

Location: Honolulu, Hawaii

Title: EVP

Responsibilities:

·Lead annual budgeting and financial planning in partnership with accounting and operations

·Analyze financial/operational performance and provide decision-focused insights to executives

·Support evaluation of business plans, investments, and strategic initiatives

·Oversee cost accounting, margin analysis, and pricing strategy execution

·Drive cost reduction and productivity improvement across sales, logistics, warehouse, and manufacturing

·Serve as financial business partner to Sales, Distribution, Warehouse, and Production teams

·Translate operational issues into financial impact and profitability opportunities

·Liaise with Japan headquarters to align on budget, performance, and strategy

·Ensure financial accuracy and transparency with accounting and U.S. group companies

·Prepare executive reports and act as a data-driven advisor balancing short-term results and long-term sustainability
