Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.; Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior.; Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols.; Communicate clearly and professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors as required.
