Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate location and its perimeter to deter unauthorized activity and/or suspicious behavior; Observe and report any unusual activity, property damage, or maintenance issues encountered during patrols; Communicate clearly and professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors as required
