Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, front desk protocols, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Monitor access to the location by verifying identification, maintaining visitor logs, issuing passes or credentials, and communicating with building staff regarding arrivals, deliveries, and/or service requests; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site procedures; Answer phones, greet guests, provide directions, and support general front desk operations in a professional manner within a commercial real estate location; Observe lobby and entry activity and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to help to deter security-related incidents
