Job Description:

Job Duck is seeking a highly professional and results-oriented Intake Specialist to support a busy estate planning and probate practice. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, handling inbound calls and inquiries with clarity, confidence, and empathy. You will play a key role in qualifying leads, scheduling consultations, and ensuring potential clients receive a seamless and professional experience from the first interaction. This position is ideal for someone who communicates clearly, enjoys working with people, and is motivated by converting inquiries into scheduled consultations. Your daily work will directly impact the firm's growth by turning interest into meaningful client relationships.

• Compensation Range: 1150 USD to 1220 USD

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Communicate with clients and leads via email and phone

• Schedule consultations accurately and efficiently

• Manage and update client and lead information in the CRM

• Support lead conversion efforts through professional and timely responses

• Follow up on inquiries to maintain engagement

• Vet and qualify callers based on firm criteria

• Answer inbound phone calls from prospective clients

Requirements:

This role supports a solo estate planning and probate law practice
• Full time position aligned with Arizona Time (MST/PDT)
• Phone focused role with light to moderate daily call volume
• Sales mindset is strongly valued due to lead conversion expectations
Required software and tools include
• Clio Grow CRM
• 3CX VOIP system (open to change if needed)
• Calendly or similar scheduling tool
