Our seasoned engineering team excels in API 650, API 653, AWWA D100, AWWAD103, API 12D, and other critical tank specifications.

We specialize in building and repairing welded above-ground storage tanks (ASTs), bolted tanks, and related structures, in addition to inspecting, installing, and maintaining tank systems like aluminum geodesic dome covers, internal floating roofs (IFRs), liquid level gauges, and fire protection systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee site operations and serve as the primary point of contact for customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and productivity standards.
  • Understand project scope and identify change orders when necessary.
  • Lead by example in fostering a strong safety culture.
  • Eliminate poor quality work and enhance field productivity.
  • Balance customer satisfaction with project profitability.
  • Provide expertise in PTS specialty work such as welding, structural erection, and tank repair.
  • Evaluate employees and identify candidates for promotion while offering training and support.
  • Assist in recruiting field personnel and maintain tooling and equipment.
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve practices and resources.
  • Communicate effectively with support staff including Design, Purchasing, and Project Management.
  • Track project progress and ensure successful project completion.
  • Complete required documentation, including daily time sheets and safety audits.
  • Advise management of potential project issues and assist in their resolution.
  • Compile final project paperwork at project completion.

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Problem-solving ability with a focus on improvement.
  • Excellent attendance and punctuality.
  • Eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Eligibility to work in the United States.
  • Willingness to submit to background checks and motor vehicle record checks.
  • No criminal convictions for violence, dishonesty, or related offenses.
  • A valid driver's license is required.
  • Willingness to undergo drug and alcohol testing is a must.
  • Welding skills are a plus.
